Alto Cachapoal

Aluvion

The Aluvión Ensamblaje (Red Blend) is all about the uniqueness of our alluvial soils. Based normally on Cabernet-Sauvignon and Syrah, it often incorporates some Petit Verdot and/or Carmenère and aims to be the best expression of what our vineyard is capable of producing.
The art of blending different varieties helps to produce a wine of consistent quality, vintage after vintage. The concentration and complexity of our best fruit is enhanced by careful ageing in oak barrels for around 18 months.
